This is not a large drop, but the unemployment rate is already well under the national unemployment rate of 4.7%. The ten year population growth is an incredible 66.3%, also the highest in the nation. Obviously, the economic growth, population growth and low unemployment rate make Nevada a very desirable place for job seekers. However, some of this has to be taken in context, as many of the jobs are in the booming casino and construction industries in Las Vegas. Still, it's an exciting place to live and work.
